Sleeping- King Size bed in the Master, Queen Size beds in the second and third bedrooms, 2 Twin Size beds in the fourth bedroom. There are 2 futon cushions for the juniors. Two bedrooms have a private bath and 2 share a Jack ‘n Jill bathroom. There is a half-bath powder room off an open hallway. 

There is a 2-car garage, an elevator, and so important, a gas BBQ on a ground floor patio just 12 feet from the boardwalk and with a full view of the beach and ocean, patio furniture, tabe and chairs.
