Great Location just south of Mission Bay Park and Belmont Park, this 3 bedroom beach house has all the charm and colorful spirit of FUN at the Beach-Mexican style. It has one of the most beautiful bay views in all of Mission Beach with white sand beach out front and city views in the background.

The interior features hardwood and tile floors in the main areas, carpeted bedrooms, comfortable furniture and bright colors to give this home a welcoming feel.  The kitchen has all top end appliances, gas stove top, new ice maker refrigerator, built-in microwave, oven and dishwasher. Full size washer & dryer. The home is approx 1700 square feet and is fully furnished for up to 8 persons.  It is located directly on mission bay beach and 2 beach blocks from the Pacific Ocean. There is a large wrap-around deck right on the boardwalk with lots of patio seating and gas BBQ. There a single car garage and a driveway for 2 car parking.

Sleeping accomodations are a King size bed in the master bedroom, a new queen bed in the 2nd Br and 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom with 2 junior futons for the young folks. Cable TV with music channels and WIFI. Both bathrooms are custom tiled with walk-in showers. One of the bathrooms separates to create 2 baths with 2 entrances.

This home is Fully Handicapped Accessible unit and has a ramp from the drive-way to the door.
