718 Island Court is an ocean court duplex/town home with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, custom built in 2007.  2 houses from the ocean with great white water views.

This Island Court townhome has its own gated patio area with a built-in natural gas BBQ, outside shower, raised view deck and direct access to your unit. The interior features carpet throughout, stacked washer & dryer, easy care counter tops, wood cabinets, cable, WIFI, central heat and air, lots of light and windows and great style with fun color schemes. This Island Court home has flat screen TV’s and modern, fully equipped kitchen. The living room offers full seating, a flat screen TV, and built-in DVD player. The outside deck has dining seating for up to 4 persons and a view of the ocean. The main floor has 2 bedrooms - a master bedroom with a king size bed with a private bathroom. The second bedroom with a queen bed, a a balacony and bathroom across the hall. The third bedroom/den on the ground floor has a double bed with a half bath and opens to the ground floor patio.

It has an attached twin-home. Both 716 Island Court and 718 Island Court homes can be rented and create one large living space for an occupancy up to 15. There is a shared 4 car garage with designated tandem spaces to park 2 cars each. 

718 Island Court featured on this page and has a front deck with a nice view of the Ocean.  This vacation home occupies the 2nd floor and a portion of the first floor of the building while 716 Island Court occupies the 3rd floor and a portion of the first floor.
