Accommodation: This delightful, newly remodeled single family home features two bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished for your comfort. The first bedroom offers a brand new California king-sized bed. The second bedroom provides a brand new full-sized bed, making it perfect for families, couples, or a group of friends. A shared bathroom with walk-in shower and modern amenities ensure your convenience.
Living Spaces: The living area is a relaxing space where you can unwind after a day of exploring. It boasts a stylish yet cozy ambiance, with a 50" flat-screen HD TV and ample seating. You'll find the open-plan layout welcoming and perfect for spending quality time together.
Work Remotely: This home features a designated office area. Fully equipped with a stylish desk, ergonomic office chair, and a desk lamp with USB ports for your convenience. Office supplies, including notepads and pens, are thoughtfully provided to enhance your work-from-vacation home experience.
Kitchen: Prepare delicious home-cooked meals in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen. It comes complete with all the essentials, including a smoothtop electric range, oven, refrigerator with ice and water dispensers, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Loved our stay in this airbnb. They really paid attention to details. Everything felt clean and new. The double sink in the bathroom made it easier to get ready. Traveled with my 2 year old and 9 month old. My 9 month old baby had plenty of room to crawl around and a clean pack and play to sleep at night. My 2 year old had plenty of room to run around in the backyard and some toys/books to keep him entertained. It had plenty of towels for everyone and everything you may need to cook a meal. I loved that we had parking, with two kids we were not going to book an airbnb without parking. On this trip we travelled to the zoo which was about 6 minutes away. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and walkable to plenty of restaurants and target. Lastly the host were amazing at communicating and making us feel welcomed. We will be coming back for sure!!!!

Our stay was fantastic! Cozy home with all the amenities needed for our family of 3. The toys and books for kids were a delightful extra touch. the location was a great base of operations for our San Diego vacation. Planning staying here again the next time we're in town!

We enjoyed our stay in North Park. The home was very cozy with modernized appliances. The neighborhood was lovely and walkable. We spent some time exploring the neighborhood. We had Ramen around the corner at Underbelly. University Avenue is about a 12 minute walk. Balboa Park and the Zoo are only 10 minute drive away. Our host was very proactive in meeting our needs and we felt at home.

This house was a gem! It was quiet (no airplane or neighbor noise) but in a fantastic walkable location. It is close to Balboa park, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The house itself is lovely and has an amazing high end kitchen. It's well stocked, including some books, puzzles, and kid's toys. It's absolutely a place we'd stay again.
