We actively advertise on all trending vacation rental sites, and our new reservations system makes it easy for guests to secure their booking 24/7. Upon request, we also happily lend our design expertise to guide you on furnishings and décor—advice that helps ensure your property garners the greatest possible rental return. To safeguard your investment, we restrict rentals to primary responsible occupants age 28 and above.

Meet the Family Behind PSG

PSG was founded by JJ and Cheryl Ann Fenton after they recognized a need for a management company that truly excelled at personal service and hands-on care for owners and guests.

JJ Fenton, Broker/Principal (DRE #415690)

With over 35 years of experience in real estate management, sales, and construction, JJ is our go-to expert for everything related to keeping our homes in perfect shape. Having built custom homes and currently residing in one of his own creations, JJ oversees our maintenance crew and is the best person to ensure everything runs smoothly at the beach.

Cheryl Ann Fenton, Agent/Principal (DRE #00870440)

Cheryl Ann has been actively involved in real estate since 1985. As the welcoming face of PSG, she oversees the daily management and accounting, always ensuring our business runs with warmth and efficiency. A lover of home design and gardening, Cheryl Ann brings a keen eye for detail and beauty to everything she does.

Welcoming the Next Generation: Chuck & Linda Delong

We are thrilled to announce that JJ's daughter, Linda, and son-in-law, Chuck Delong, are officially joining the PSG family! As they take a leading role in the company's future, they will not only be continuing our tradition of exceptional service in the Coastal areas but also spearheading our expansion.

The Delongs are actively looking to add beautiful vacation properties in other premier Southern California vacation spots to our portfolio, bringing the quality and trust of the PSG brand to new destinations. This is an exciting time of growth, and we can't wait to share these new locations with our owners and guests.
