Are there any additional fees?

All rental stays under 31 days are subject to a transient occupancy tax, TOT, (12.75% of the total rent and cleaning fee).

$150 replacement fee for the garage opening remote if the remote is not on the kitchen counter has gone missing after your stay.

$25 processing fee applicable to all reservations made online or over the phone.

What are my payment options?

A $150 non-refundable holding fee is taken by credit card at the time that the reservation is made; this fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, but is otherwise applied towards your balance. The holding fee secures your rental until the signed Rental Agreement is received by our office.

In addition to the $150 holding fee, a reservation fee (30% of the total rent) is due 30 days from the reservation date. The remaining balance is due 60 days before your stay.

All payments are securely processed through our online Guest Portal via Stripe.com. Guests have the option of paying their balance by E-Check (from checking account) with no processing fee by inputting the 9-digit routing number and account number exactly as shown on your check. Or by Credit Card (Visa, MC, Discover, Amex) which will incur a 3.2% Service Charge. Debit cards are processed as credit cards. The service charge will be applied to your balance or deducted from your security deposit.

Can I check in or out early or late?

Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 10:00 a.m. There are no early or late check-in's or check-out's unless your request it is specifically approved by a manager.

Can I pay by check or credit card?

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and E-checks.

Does it cost anything to make a reservation?

How much is the cleaning fee?

All units are subject to a cleaning fee: $120 for 1 bedroom units, $175-$225 for 2 bedroom units, $225-$250 for 3 bedroom units, and $360-$375 for 4 bedroom units.

Is there a security deposit?

A refundable security deposit applies for all units and will be returned within 30 days of check-out providing the property is returned in the same condition it was found. Security deposits range from $300 - $600 depending on the property.

What is the cancellation policy?

In the event of cancellation, any monies paid shall be forfeited and may be refunded when and if the property is re-rented for the complete term of the agreement or portions thereof. We will make every effort to re-rent the property and to return those monies recuperated through re-rental providing the owner has not lost revenue. Security deposits, TOT, and cleaning fees are always returned. The $150 holding fee is always non-refundable.

What time is check-in?

Check-in is currently at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 10:00 a.m. Please adhere to these times as there are no early check-ins or late check-outs without prior management approval. If early check-in is needed, please contact us.
